The following states with sales and use tax do not currently allow sales and use tax exemption claims by WVU Research Corporation: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, and Washington, D.C.

The states and businesses listed below currently allow WVU Research Corporation sales and use tax exemption claims. Documents are in PDF format unless otherwise listed. Tax Services is currently working with the following states to determine WVU Research Corporation's sales tax exemption status: Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
